Welcome PDMR Report Authors.
This form allows you to upload your report for assignment to the appropriate section editor for review.
It is important that your report document is named appropriately for tracking through the review process.
Refer to the Author Guidelines for the file naming protocol. Only files with .doc or .docx extension will be accepted.
Your report will be assigned to a section editor who will work with you until your report is accepted for publication. All fields marked with an * are required.
